It diminishes your desire for food… it suppresses the appetite, stops you from craving for food, burns fat and increases energy. It has this “where did my appetite go?” kind of feeling, makes you eat a little but just enough. It focuses on the waistline, tummy, arms and back. 

Starts working from the first day. Usually, you’ll be able to have just one proper meal a day. Not because you are starving but because you do not have the appetite to eat.
The proper meal you will have would be less than your usual ration as you tend to get full on time. While on it, you need to force yourself to eat no matter how small. Stuff yourself with as much fruits as you can grab and drink lots of water.

Comes in a pack of 12. Recommended dose: 1-2 Sachet daily at least 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach in half a teacup of boiled water.
