Meal replacement shake


A delicious meal replacement to support your weight loss effort.

To prepare your meal replacement:

  1. Add 250ml of cold skimmed milk
  2. Add 2 level scoops of powder to the milk.
  3. Cover and shake well for approximately 20 seconds.

For best results, add fruits and blend together in a blender.
